Shipping Policy

Aerial Equipment will ship via FedEx in about 3 business days and takes 7 - 10 days to arrive.
 

Apparel items are custom made at the time of ordering and can the 2 weeks to arrive.

If there are any delays in your order we will notify you right away.

Return & Exchange Policy

EQUIPMENT
We have a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on Products. Products may be returned in unopened product packaging, unused condition within 30 days of purchase.

Our products are covered by a standard warranty of 12 months (each product additionally has its own warranty information, e.g. an aerial hoop - 6 months for the coat of paint, but as much as 5 years for the steel structure)

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are unsatisfied with the item/s that are opened or used and would like to return for a refund, please follow the steps below to initiate a return. Returned packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the confirmed date of delivery.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. If you would like to return or exchange an item you’ve purchased on CirqFIT.net we’d be happy to assist you. Simply follow the steps below and we’ll respond to your request.

  2. Download and complete the Return & Exchange Authorization Form.

  3. Email karri@cirqfit.net with a copy of your completed form and a brief description of the issue.

  4. You will then be contacted via email with the address for returning your item.

  5. Include your original invoice, a copy of your completed authorization form and the merchandise you’d like to return or exchange.

  6. Ship your item via a reliable, trackable method. Once you have shipped it contact our customer service representative who authorized your return and provide your tracking number. CirqFIT is not responsible for return/exchange items until they reach us. Be sure you receive a tracking number from your carrier of choice to ensure that your return/exchange reaches us properly.
     

TRAININGS

Trainings are non-refundable but are transferrable.  If you are unable to attend a training you can transfer your spot to ANY training in the future and/or you can sell that training to another person.​
